Fascial Pilates Playground

Marita guides you through movement on the Spine Corrector, Mat and Wunda Chair using the Classical Repertoire. She challenges your senses and your abilities to work together to create an inner strength that you can carry into daily life.

In addition, Jo will be teaching the Universal Reformer as well as a Tower Class to round off your Pilates experience on the traditional apparatus.


These classes are very limited in size so register early! Each month's series is offered at a discount. Please inquire by email if interested.

Yoga

Zach uses this class as a platform to encourage his students to seek and find more space in their bodies. Expect breath, sun salutations, slower paced sequencing, and traditional yoga poses. Students who bring a healthy curiosity, and perhaps even a question, will get the most out of this class.

Yamuna

Roll our your body, roll seamlessly into yourself. Just roll.

Jo will guide you through a Yamuna Body Rolling Practice, bringing space into the joints and between the joints, stimulating bone with body weight and breath.

Nadia Khan will be offering Yamuna Body Rolling workshops one Sunday each month beginning Sunday, September 8th
