At the beginning of each session of classes, there are packages with a significant discount for anyone taking the entire series of a class. We HIGHLY recommend committing to this, for the benefit of the progression of the class week to week, but also a benefit for your budget. Our next package will begin in September. Jo will guide you through a Yamuna Body Rolling Practice, bringing space into the joints and between the joints, stimulating bone with body weight and breath.
Reformer on the Mat
Jo will use the Intermediate Reformer repertoire as a template to explore using the mat for feedback, better preparing you for the traditional matwork.
Marita guides you through movement on the Spine Corrector, Mat and Wunda Chair using the Classical Repertoire. She challenges your senses and your abilities to work together to create an inner strength that you can carry into daily life.
Zach uses this class as a platform to encourage his students to seek and find more space in their bodies. Expect breath, sun salutations, slower paced sequencing, and traditional yoga poses. Students who bring a healthy curiosity, and perhaps even a question, will get the most out of this class.
